Hi,
I try to install STEP7 V5.5 SP1 on a Dell laptop (Windows XP prof SP3)
Installation run correctly.
When I try to start ALM to make license transfert, I got this message :"The Automation License Manager cannot access-protection components" .
I unistall ALM.
I donwload a new version (Siemens site) ALM V5.1.1SP3.
I install but the problem still remain.
I try to find solution using siemens FAQ but i don't find correct solution...
Anybody have an idea?

I have a problem with Automation License Manager 5.2 along with TIA V12.
Error: WINCC Flexible Runtime has detected a problem with Automation License Manager.Please reinstall Automation License Manager.
I tried uninstall and reinstall.But the same problem continues.
And Later i read in internet that the problem sloves if we install higher version of ALM.
So uninstalled the old one and installed the new one.Still the problem Continues.
When I'm Opening ALM,It says " Cannot Start access protection Components"
I tried all the ways that said in the forum before including editing registry entries,reinstalling all TIA package.But Nothing works.
Its the Only PC running my plant.
If i install the software in new Computer it is not communicating with PLC and SCADA not showing any data.I tried configuring the WINCC advanced IP address and System name and downloaded the hardware Configuration.But nothing works.Now i'm stuck.PLC only communicating with that PC.For now SCADA is opening but still i cannot edit the program as the TIA not opening due to ALM error.
I tried the ALM services starting automatic and everything.Please Help.
