hi
i created data block on s7 300 project then i wrote my comment but related function fc dont indicate it
for ex: in data block db68.dbx14.1 'filtration' isnt indicated on function it still keep to show 'db68.dbx14.1' eventhough saved

Hi,
First You have to check if You give symbolic name to data block (DB68). You should do this in Simatic Manager (right click on DB68 -> Object Properties and put Symbolic Name). Then in LAD/STL/FBD editor You should check View -> Display with -> Symbolic representation. Now You should be able to see symbolic name of Your variable.
