Dear Expert,

My S7-300 PLC CPU 313C do not coming in RUN Mode.
SF Light is Blinking.
No other light is ON
What is the Main Fault?

You have to use Step7 to access PLC diagnostics buffer.
Connect to your PLC using MPI bus and then from Simatic Manager chose Hardware Diagnostics.
