No it has to be a version lower tan 7.0

hmm im trying to resurect an -95 yers lathe that i bought have eprom ckecksum error on it bought a prommer turn out its a seriall prommer so it works with pgs and later versions of step5 6.x for pc
v7 then its not supported so have tried the versions i have found but havent found a real step 5 v6.6 or later
some versions i get to work but not with my seriall prommer
anyone have a working link for v6.6 ?

found out i could use ws800a to read eproms to found a link and installed it anyoing in the manual for ws800a my eprom is shown with a hole bunch of others but in program only a few and not mine :(

but im not sure manual and program indicates that i could read eprom from system sinumerik805 with tty cable
well ill se how long im lasting trying else its probably mesa cards/linuxcnc

thanks have those but im not able to get my prommer working with them had a guy at ssab that have a pg but he say also he cant read my eproms i think its strange what is needed then like in the case with ws800a manual shows my eprom but program does not do i have to make some editing to the eprom list (eprom.pte) or what do i need ??
