[?]: S7-200 CPU 224 1.22 Password crack again

Hi,
I need to help with password crack on my s7-200 224 v1.22.
I search in your forum and try some examples, but still cannot find functional crack or technique.

For example I try techniques from this thread and result is nothing.
(1. send chars via serial, but plc not respond on read password command..
or
2. using s7-200cn, but when I register, I cannot open port..)
