The siemens 200 is a biatch to crack password of. The pass is stored in the 24c128 chip and never gets transferred to the PC. If this was so then a simple usb trace could be done and the code ripped from the data transfer. What u have to do is buy a replacement IC. Get the unpassworded Ic dump from a PLC that you have borrowed or bought and dump this data to the new Ic you are going to replace the passworded one with. I have looked at the hex data in these IC's and i cant make head or tails of it yet. For me this replacement route works best. I2C via printer port. Get an old PC cause laptops no longer support parrallel. lada cuz. good luck.
