I would like to use S7-200 to communicate between CPU 226 to CPU 224 via profibus ,modbus protocol etc.
Is there anybody can tell me about how to set Step 7 Microwin for this function and then please to show diagram connecting and introduction of configuration in Step 7 Microwin .

For Profibus you have to use a profibus master, and that's not possible with S7-200. For modbus, take a look at page 347 in S7-200 manual.

If it is only S7-200 you use, then try PPI network, is a very good choice and inexpensive.

Otherwise, you can always try TCP/IP.
