[?]: analog input signal about 5A and 100V for PLC S7-200

Post by hoangnguyen1986 » Thu Aug 13, 2009 3:29 am

The analog inputs of PLC S7-200 can read a signal with a range from 4-20mA or -10-+10V.
But my problem here is that i use a current transformer and a voltage transformer that mean i have an input signal about 5A and 100V.
So how can i solve this problem.
Please tell me something that you know about this one.
Thanks so much!

You must use signal converter to change the 5A and 100V to 4-20mA. Dont use these signals direct to plc's analog inputs.
e.g.

you can also try Pilz - S1WP signal converter
