Check OPC Data Source definition aspect in the IT OPC Server network that it is connected to the service group (default "SG_IT Server")
If OPC Data Source definition aspect is configured - go to "IT Device Manager" aspect of your node object (800ENGNODE). Click "Populate" and recheck node status.

You can convert old Process Portal A displays made with Visual Basic 6 to the Process Graphics 2 format.
But I don't know about HP-UX displays... in which editor they were made?

In Start menue All Programs->ABB Industrial IT 800xA->System->Licensing launch "License Entry", click "Machine IDs->Available IDs" and check which IDs are available.
Replase in .sla file word "DEMO" with any of the available IDs. Import modified .sla.

This is not same error as you got for "Cybertec OPC Server". This is connection timeout (server unavailable).
Probably problem on SCADA Data gateway OPC side (configuration? OPC items availability?).
