OK, your problem is the IP242 6ES5 242-1AA13. It's a 5 Channel Fast Counter Module, very old. I think you have 2 of them. The 1st uses the PW 224-239, the 2nd 240-255. Your Problem is the card after the DO. If you are not able to tell us what card is plugged, we cannot say what you can do. And don't look to FB47, look to FB57.
