I don't think such tool exist. In the program logic you can simulate drive presense using special function blocks intended for the drive control (e.g. rmcHsiDriveOp). Another option - ABB has special ACS800 test drive stand: small motor + drive (with interface) + control panel with tumbler switches....

Yes, to learn 800xA system one computer is enough.
At the node type selection on automatic installation stage select "SoftController Single Node Eng System" from pre-defined node types.
The most basic software will be selected for install.

There's nothing genious in unpassword libraries. I think everyone who have target, patience and basic knowledge of asm and c++ can do the same...

Check which version of MSXML parsers you have?
This is in C:\Windows\System32 folder. Files: msxml3.dll and msxml6.dll.

Probably because of incorrect regional settings... or MSXML parser is not (correctly) installed.
Check that "Language for non-Unicode program" is set to "English (United States)". This is in Windows XP control panel.
