I think such upgrade not possible. Freelance v6.2 you can install for win2k but projects for v3.3 and v6.2 are linked to different hardware definitions (libraries) so you may need make changes in projects after upgrade. Only program logic keeps same.

One question: does PGIM 5.0.0 with SP1 requires PGIM 5.0.0 preinstalled or it is independent setup package. In other words: does it necessary to download both PGIM 5.0.0 and PGIM 5.0.0 SP1 together or PGIM 5.0.0 SP1 is enough?

Some ABB products exist in DataPortal. But there are mostly power automation products, no new controllers, no HMI panels and no drive accessories.
ePlan leaves much to be desired for ABB automation.

С овалом не получится точно. У него в свойствах всё статично: толщина окружности, тип линии и заливка. Нужны другие графические элементы, у которых цвет можно привязывать к величине сигнала. Шкала уровня (Bar), например. Можешь несколько таких шкаликов к одному сигналу привязать.

2 years ago I used ePlan v5.75 in Windows Vista 64bit - install success and works properly. Когда подключал к заведомо исправным приводам, они тоже вылетали?
Если так, то надо смотреть программу в контроллере, ту её часть, которая отвечает за коммуникацию по профибас.
А вообще 40 приводов на одном профибасе - это нечто...
