You can try with this :
1. Turn On the dip switch pin 5
2. Set in your CX - programmer with default setting, baudrate 19200
3. check u Comm port, it must same with auto detect in your PC COMM
4. Using sysmac way Communication
5. Try to connect again.

If i have one CPU CJ1M with password protected and protected copy to memory card.
Is possible to upload program from that PLC??
OR any idea to unlock the password protected??

You can find the *.OBJ file in CF card after u back up PLC program. So, You must back up the PLC program first using CF card and you will find the obj file in there and you open it using Ultraedit or Winhex.
