L is a coil, probably a filter. Or it maybe a LC circuit, together with the capacitor C701. I would try putting a link instead of the L701 and look what happens.

By default, if the wrong password is entered more than 3 times, you'll be unable to login again. You can change that under security options of the project by setting the value to zero.
