Here we want to monitor and generate alarm if one of primary or secondary loop fails.
how to clarify status bit of CI840 if only primay loop fail or secondary loop fail.
Now we are able to monitor if both loop fails.

after connecting the OPCDA from control structure , it is showing initilize in PPA. also one message is coming as the license is temporary.

after installaing, the license is showing temporary. it can contact with CLS server. please give the suggession & link for downloading the licensing.

After taking new service provider under OPC DA connector, it is showing yellow (initialization) in PPA.
It has taken in control structure as well as service structure.
what may the problem & how can i solve?.
For this i can not connect controller in OPC server (data access & alarm- event).

Now i am facing one problem that the Event collector service become yellow(synchronizing) in PPA

Also the OPCADA connector become yellow ( Initialize) in PPA.
Please give suggestion

Sometimes the services getting yellow in PPA. what should to do

when i am going to new aspect/ object under event collector like process alarm but getting process object configuration & process object locking. what should be the next.
