i never this function before.but i read the manual for the fm350-2 and you can use the fc cnt2_wr ( fc 3 ) from the biblothek fm_cntli.with this fc you can write values to every channel of the counter card.

If you use the cp5614 card you can choose your inputs / outputs yourself.use the universal modul to create the datastructure. if you control the kuka by profibus you need only a few bits for control.
