Hi Abelky98, thanks for your response. The COM port (COM 1) is OK as this PC was used to configure other AC800M processor and works.

AC800M IPConfig Timeout
I try to assign IP address to PM861A processor but always fail with "Connecting to controller failed.Timeout". No problem with the cable as this was used to other processor and work. The time elapsed between click "Connect" button to reset is also minimum. Please advise if there is other way to deal...
