thanks scarch...i found out what made it so....it's the MMC...it gives unrecognized error I think it's damaged or formatted using usual removable disk format.
I unplugged it and i can communicate with the CPU now.

I think you may need to have a look at ABB AC500.
It uses structure text (ST) language, it maybe look like C/C++.
