I have tried 4 times to download the file but each time the rar is CRC corrupted and I thin the keygen that you used in the tutorial is not in the file.

Yes - you need to use the program to get the site code - the zip contains another dll that runs with the IWS.exe installed of the installed version.
When I ran the downloaded bat file i got a different site code.

Thanks for all of your help but it still only runs in demo mode. I have tried the exact steps that you suggest but it still wont work.
Maybe I should try it on a fresh install of Windows 7 and try again.
