You must use signal converter to change the 5A and 100V to 4-20mA. Dont use these signals direct to plc's analog inputs.

Use Kepware Server with DF1 or DF1 polling master driver to read/write tags from/to plc. Write the tags into WinCC Flexible and then you can do any visualisation you want.

Which driver do you use in Kepware is it s7-200 driver?
You can select the communication port COM1,...,USB.

I have already tested with PC Access and it works fine. Also you can try with KepWare Server with S7-200 Driver.
