covagashi , download speed, on average, is 6 MBps. It is not great, but good enough. I am just not sure why did you choose a proprietary software (Resilio) for distribution. You could try using an automation software like WinAutomation to download from Eplan Data Portal within the Eplan. 1000 x 30 ...
